The world of Jeremiah Tully

As I’ve said previously, I mostly get my inspiration for my writing from locations I see when I’m out and about. So I thought I’d share some of those locations with you and give you a series of visual insights into the world of Land of Midnight Days.

From Chapter One, Ezra’s house.

From Chapter One, the ruined church.

The warehouses (sight of the Elwyn Fayre) from Chapter 9.

As you can see, all these places are real locations, within the grand city of Liverpool. Contrary to some opinions, the metropolis is a place of wonder and beauty and wears many faces – some good, some bad. But what it’s always had and always will have, is a plethora  of inspiration for artists and writers alike. Without the city of my birth, Land of Midnight Days, and its siblings, would never have come to be.
