A new season of writing.

autumn

As we enter September and the start of autumn, a new season presents fresh opportunities to seek inspiration and foster new ideas.

It’s time that the seeds sown in the past come to fruition, ready to be harvested and made into new adventures, glorious love stories, tragedies and whatever your imagination can spill forth onto the page and into your readers’ minds.

As the leaves begin to drift to the ground, so inspiration should, hopefully, drift into our minds. The glorious colours that surround us in this time of red and gold, early morning mists and pale sunshine, brings a plethora of beautiful images with which to paint a picture of words.

As writers we have the potential to engage our reads in a variety of emotions: amazement, fear, love and so on; the possibilities are endless. So take up your pen and sally forth to build castles, create worlds and weave enchantment.
