Dear diary…what will 2013 bring?
One has to speculate to accumulate, so they say. So I’m speculating on what the New Year will bring to me as a writer. Success? I hope so and if it doesn’t, it won’t be for want of trying. Even if it doesn’t, I shall continue to write for as long as I can use a keyboard, hold a pen, and come up with new ideas, characters and scenarios.
Time marches ever onwards and we must march with it, or be left behind in whatever walk of life we find ourselves. Procrastination must be swept aside and every opportunity seized and utilised. If we fail to seize the day, then we fail ourselves. Nothing is impossible, everything is attainable if we but reach out and grab it.
So here’s to new chances, fresh ideas and new horizons reached.
